Despite the buoyant instrumental backing and the thrum of do do do, there's a misunderstanding - "Haven't made a meaningful connection in years. Everyone always disappears... or is it me?" - a desire to walk right on down "Yucca Street" and ascend upwards into the "clouds that are a celling." It's a feeling we can all relate to at one point or another - the desperation of wanting to escape all that we can't understand and find our own slice of happiness.
