Later this summer, Big Nothing will release a debut self-titled 7" and ahead of that Asian Man Records is giving listeners one hell of a peek. "Call Me Out" is boisterous, buzzing pop punk that screams with ferocity, thanks in part to a catchy melody and the sudden kick in of guitar and drums. The track is a series of confessions and personal reflections; admitting a fear of getting close, and a general lack of time and perspective that makes it hard for one to relate. It's some of the most power-packed two minutes and if you repeat it enough times it may just get you through until their debut is released.
