- 750g of Baby Potatoes
- A bag of grated mozzarella
- Gravy granules
- Spring onion
- Garlic seasoning
Cut potato’s in to chip like shapes.
Cover in olive oil and salt, pepper, garlic and all things yum
Half way through cooking, toss the potatoes and pop back in the oven.
While chips are a cookin, cut the onion and bacon
Fry until crisp n delish
Make a jug of gravy, thick enough to stand the spoon up.
Dish up the chips, sprinkle the bacon and onion on
Smother in mozzarella. Drown in gravy. Nosh.
