mp3: "Vacation" - Florist

Float upwards into adolescent daydreams turned adulthood conundrums in “Vacation” from Florist. It’s the first track from Holdly out 10/30 through Double Double Whammy, and what a dazzling peek it is.

Opening with a confession from vocalist Emily Sprague - “I don’t know how to be/what I wanted to be when I was 5,” the single explores what comes next once we leave the carefree days of youth behind. What’s beyond bike rides, rollercoasters and days spent sledding in glittering snow? “Maybe I just wanna get married or maybe I just wanna fall asleep.”
