video: "Lost & Found" - Melody Connor
With a dash of twang and a whole lot of earnest, Melody Connor puts to song all the feelings, thoughts and numerous possibilities that falling in love brings. "Lost & Found" is one of those songs that sets your heart soaring, with impassioned pleas for someone to provide direction and also just hold out a little bit longer. The track was one of two released earlier this summer and its sunny, vibrant nature is enough to chase away any impending dread about the upcoming fall.
“Lost & Found was written in a cabin in the Swedish woods - not exactly what you would expect, but we were able to capture a certain feeling and I knew from the first moment that this was gonna be my first single to come out. The video was shot during a trip to SXSW earlier this year on an actual Super 8 camera which turned out to get more expensive during the whole process but it’s still DIY and I’m more than happy with the result!”
