"Adulting" / "Not For You" - Pouty

Growing up totally sucks, but Pouty makes the pain of adulthood just a little easier with new single “Adulting.” It’s one of two new tracks released by the incredible Rachel Gagliardi, and both are exactly what’s needed for getting through the upcoming winter season. “Adulting” sways with confidence, and packs a powerful fuzzy punch, with Gagliardi openly singing through a realization of being unable to fix someone. And while her vocals may seem sweet, they continually cut through the harsh instrumental noise, proving that one shouldn’t underestimate the power of Pouty’s musings.

As for follow-up single “Not For You,” Pouty creates a chaotic, but fun swirling atmosphere of formidable guitar and swift percussion. Much like single “Adulting,” this track proves equally as cathartic, with Gagliardi shouting her way to a conclusion. You can practically feel the enraged emotion, and the over it attitude in her voice.
