In the depths of autumn, as the back-to-school depression starts to sink back in, I often seek out music that will explicitly counteract that yucky mood. As I searched and searched this fall, I was blessed with what one would call, the perfect song. As the sun peeked in through my blinds on a cozy and crisp fall morning, the setting was set for a Facebook message from none other than Connecticut’s own Furnsss - bestowing upon me, “Divine”, a track off of their upcoming self titled tape. Now it is your turn to enjoy the single. Joining vocalist Brendan Dyer with stunning harmonies is Lucy Christiana. Upbeat and catchy as heck, this one is bound to lift you out of your autumn slump.
