video premiere: "Chain in the Night" - Cheap Fantasy
Earlier this week we wrote of Cheap Fantasy's single "Life of Glass" and today we're excited to premiere the video from Nicholas Matthew Elstran for single "Chain in the Night." There's an immediate urgency to this round of pulsing, dazzling pop and it's matched by a video of colorful, quickly changing visuals. It's a single for your quickly passing summer romance, the idea of being linked together and unable to deny an unseeable force holding you together reflected in a melody of a "Chain in the Night" that's pulling, but slipping quickly from one's grasp. It's a woozy and memorable few minutes, the visuals and vocals timed together perfectly, drawing you into a neon-hued dream of bouncy and impressionable pop.
