video premiere: "Good Boy" - Sundae Crush

Valentine’s Day might be all about the romance, but Sundae Crush has arrived with a tune that serves us all a much needed reminder of self-worth. Set against the world’s most colorful and trippy backdrop, the Seattle-based outfit turns a deceivingly upbeat and dreamy pop tune into a kiss-off to a “good boy” that’s really no good at all. Throughout much of the single, the playfully sweet instrumentals and saccharine vocals seem to be leading towards a traditional Valentine’s Day ballad of romance, but as the song continues, its ending changes everything. The pace quickens and the group comes in for a biting sendoff that sends the “good boy you’re no good for me” running. Happy Valentine’s Day!
