Riley Hall: “Self care for me is having an at home spa day where i do face masks in comfy clothes!”

Mick Martinez: "For me, self care is is making sure my mind and body are the healthiest they can be. I love going to the gym and cooking healthy meals, and I am always honest with myself about where I am at mentally and what I can do to improve my situation. And I enjoy the occasional face mask, glass of wine, and movie night, of course!”

Chlo White: "Self care for me is a process I call ‘reinventing.’ I like to clean, reorganize, and find a place for things. I’m so messy day to day and it takes a toll on me. Once things are spic and span, I like to do my makeup and put together some outfits for the following week. I’m constantly changing my look, so feeling organized with my clothes/appearance also feels really nice too. There’s so much freedom in a clean room with a mirror.”
