One of the initial things that drew us to Golf Lexapro was the sincerity and playful guitar pop sensibility. On "Trash Day" James Rainis aka Golf Lexapro explores that further, with vocals that come as fast as thoughts and a gritty guitar that closes it all out. The quiet stroke of keys and brushing of drums are just a pillow for it all to fall upon, with Rainis lamenting of all the uncouth human he's happened upon, and the disposing of acquaintances and fake friends that come all too often with each passing day. If you've ever felt alone or just didn't feel like you fit in or maybe you're just sick of the bad days and bad people that come with them, this is the song for you.
