Announcing: The Grey Estates’ First Annual Estate Party
Today we’re utterly stoked to announce the details of our first ever (and hopefully annual) Estate Party.
This celebration is all about the ladies, with four bands that include some seriously rocking gals. Even more importantly, a portion of the evening’s proceeds will benefit Girls Rock! Pittsburgh, an important organization here in our area.
Featuring:
Widowspeak - This Captured Tracks duo makes seriously dreamy western-tinged rock and roll, and this date will bring them fresh off a tour with Lord Huron. Rumor has it, they’ll be debuting some new material along with material from their previous two releases and EPs.
Leggy - A Cincinnati trio, that if you’re at all familiar with our blog will know we cover extensively. They make candy coated garage pop that will get you dancing or just feeling inspired.
DERIDER - A Pittsburgh quartet that’s been breaking hearts and blowing our minds, and we fell completely in love with their newest single “Rusty Nail.”
Blød Maud - These five post-punk rockers also hail from Pittsburgh, and their Droning EP has been on heavy rotation with us as of late.

As this is a party we fully expect to have some goodies, fun stuff and probably cupcakes. As a female, this event is very important and special to me and I thank each of the bands participating and all those who I hope will attend.
