Incredible album art and accompanying title aside, Shormey’s God Bless Bob Ross: A Collection Of Low Fidelity Recordings is a masterpiece made for summer.

It’s a wondrously entertaining adventure, presenting a multitude of fantastical ideals — ranging from slowed down swaying singles to an explosive pop opener. There’s plenty to discover and fall in love with on the 17-track recording, but it’s “Untitled” that feels fit for your warm weather playlist, featuring hazy, distant vocals, sparkling instrumentals, and a chorus that comes at you like a soft ocean wave. This is lo-fi at its absolute best — soft, delightful, surprising, and a literal burst of sunshine in musical form. God bless Bob Ross and God bless Shormey.
