“Waterfall” is uniquely furious — with Slag Queens taking a poignant jab at boring, “woke” art that seems to be ever present. Guttural guitars set a chugging pace, their tone rising with the ferocity of the vocals, and moving along with deliberate force. A bubbling, spacey effect lingers throughout the song, cascading against the harsh drums and strings in a very waterfall-like fashion of its own. Its attitude is one that sweeps you away — carrying you to a chaotic conclusion.
